How to enjoy your cleanse:
Start your day with the shot on an empty stomach and water. After that, drink one juice every two hours. If you decide to eat, choose light foods that are free from meats, dairy and processed food. Drink each juice at its scheduled time, consistency is key to getting the most out of your cleanse.
What to expect:
As your body adjusts, you may notice changes like more frequent trips to the restroom, mild headaches, or feeling low on energy. This is simply your body responding as it shifts away from processed foods, sugars, and heavy meals it’s used to. Think of it as your body asking, “Where’s my sugar? Where’s my bread?”

- Avocado with pink salt and lemon, or mixed with tomato, red onion, cilantro, and lemon.
- Hummus with carrots.
- Baked tostadas.
- Simple house salad (lettuce, spinach, tomato, cucumber, red onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper).
- Green salad (avocado cubes, steamed veggies, sea salt).

Since this is a gentle detox for your body, we recommend avoiding alcohol and smoking during this time.
